How to update RAM in TerraMaster NAS? 
Here are the F2-220 for example:

 Please find below the main board. There is only one slot as framed in red below, which is where the RAM stick should be installed.
The original 2GB RAM was already pasted on the board.

The F2-220 supports Max 4GB RAM. Please purchase a 2GB RAM only. 

 For installing the RAM, There are 4 screws at rear of the box, take off the screws and you will be able to open the rear cover, you then can take part the components, and insert the ram into the slot below:
