How to set static IP address on your TerraMaster NAS?
To set the static
IP address for your NAS, you need to first log in the NAS.
How to log in: temporarily make the device and your
NAS on the same router, so that you can log in.
Once log in, go to
“Control Panel” – “Network” – “Network Interface” – Click LAN 1 and Click
“Edit” – and select “Use network settings below:”.
You may see the attached
named A the static NAS IP address is 193. 168. 2. 201. Please mark yours down,
which you will use later.
Once the static IP
address is set OK, you now may set your network back to how you originally
wanted it to be set, which is the device to access the NAS is on a different
with your NAS.
Once this set is done,
you then can use the static NAS IP address plus the port to access your NAS on
your device. The default port is 8181. Let’s say your NAS IP address is
xxx.xxx.x.xxx, you can use xxx.xxx.x.xxx:8181 to access your NAS.
