How to set static IP address on your TerraMaster NAS?

To set the static IP address for your NAS, you need to first log in the NAS.

How to log in: temporarily make the device and your NAS on the same router, so that you can log in.
Once log in, go to “Control Panel” – “Network” – “Network Interface” – Click LAN 1 and Click “Edit” – and select “Use network settings below:”.

You may see the attached named A the static NAS IP address is 193. 168. 2. 201. Please mark yours down, which you will use later.

Once the static IP address is set OK, you now may set your network back to how you originally wanted it to be set, which is the device to access the NAS is on a different with your NAS.

Once this set is done, you then can use the static NAS IP address plus the port to access your NAS on your device. The default port is 8181. Let’s say your NAS IP address is xxx.xxx.x.xxx, you can use xxx.xxx.x.xxx:8181 to access your NAS.
