What should I do when couldn't find TerraMaster NAS on my Windows Network? This appears to be an old problem from several years ago. Microsoft did an update that made everyone go crazy when they could not mount their network NAS. This had to do with SMB3 issues. Instead, you could try the following ways to log in the NAS. 1. You may create shortcut via the File Manager by checking the frame below, and you will be able to log in the NAS by double clicking the icon: 2. You may use Samba by typing  \\the IP address of your NAS in “Run”, when you come to the page to input UN & PW, it should be the UN & PW you created for logging in your NAS. 3.
